  • Customized products (such as products with personalized engraving, customized colors) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they have quality defects.

2 Reasons for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
  • Defective Products: The product has material defects, craftsmanship errors, or damage that affects normal use, and the damage is not caused by improper use or man-made factors. You need to provide photos/videos of the defect to verify the situation.
  • Wrong Product or Size: We have sent the wrong product (different style, color, or size) from the one you ordered. You need to provide photos of the received product and the order information to verify.
  • Change of Mind: You are not satisfied with the product (such as style, color, or texture) and wish to return or exchange it. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

3 Return and Exchange Process

Please use a secure shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference. For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For returns due to defective products or wrong products, we will bear the return shipping cost (please provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement).
  4. Inspect the Returned Product: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return/exchange conditions. The inspection process usually takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Process Refund or Exchange:
    1. For eligible returns: We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after confirming the inspection result. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The refund amount includes the product price, but does not include the original shipping cost (unless the return is due to our fault).
