1 Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for all orders with a total amount of $240 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees). The free shipping service applies to all eligible shipping regions (see Section 11.2). If your order amount is less than $240, standard shipping fees will be calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of the package, and the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Note: Free shipping does not include expedited shipping services. If you choose expedited shipping, additional shipping fees will apply, regardless of the order amount.

2 Shipping Regions

We currently provide shipping services to most countries and regions around the world, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. For remote regions or regions with limited logistics services, we may not be able to provide shipping services, or additional remote shipping fees may apply. You can check whether your region is eligible for shipping during the checkout process by entering your shipping address.

3 Shipping Carriers

We cooperate with well-known international shipping carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS) to provide shipping services.   • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days for most countries/regions (additional fees apply).
Note: Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and logistics delays. We will provide you with a tracking number after the order is shipped, so you can track the delivery status in real time.

5 Order Processing and Shipping Time

After you place an order and complete the payment, we will process your order within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Order processing includes product inspection, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information.
For customized products (such as products with personalized engraving), the order processing time may be extended to 5-7 business days, and the shipping time will be calculated after the customization is completed.

6 Shipping Fees

For orders with a total amount less than $240, the shipping fee is calculated based on the shipping address and package weight. The specific shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the shipping delay or loss is caused by our fault or the shipping carrier's negligence.

7 Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs inspection. You can check the relevant regulations of your country/region's customs before placing an order.

8 Shipping Tracking

After your order is shipped, you can track the delivery status by clicking the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, or by logging in to your account on our website and viewing the order details. If you have any questions about the shipping status, please contact our customer service with your order number.

9 Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service to check the status. We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will verify the situation with the shipping carrier and provide a solution (such as resending the product or processing a refund) based on the verification result.
